# Every Mac your team works on. And the ones cybee cannot see.

> Add each team Mac to cybee, compare your list with what cybee sees, find silent or missing Macs and remove a lost one. Google Workspace accounts stay separate.

team guide

Put cybee on each Mac that does client work, then compare your own list with cybee’s. A laptop that never reports should not vanish behind a team score. Adding Macs and people is free, with no limit.

## Add each Mac and its owner

Install cybee on your own Mac first. Then add your team’s Macs one by one, so they all land in the same organization.

1

Install cybee on your Mac.

Run one line in Terminal, a chat, your IDE or a CLI, and keep working there. [Install guide](https://cybee.ai/docs/install/)

2

Ask your AI assistant to invite a teammate.

It gives you a line for their Mac. Send them that line, not the plain install line. The plain line would start a separate organization.

3

Your teammate pastes it on their Mac.

They type their Mac’s password and switch on CybeeES, as in the install guide.

What you will see: their Mac in your list the next time you ask “Which Macs do we have?”

Each install is identified by its own access key, so nobody needs an account. An email links each Mac to its owner, so you can tell people and Macs apart.

How Macs are counted

The free plan has no limit on Macs or people. The Proof plan is counted per Mac: CHF 9 per Mac per month, or 90 a year, excluding tax. Two Macs on the Proof plan count as two. [Work out the cost for your team](https://cybee.ai/pricing/#cost-calculator)

## Compare your list with cybee’s

cybee counts the Macs it knows. Only you know which Macs should be there. Read the list before the score.

Figure: The example team with one laptop added that nobody installed cybee on. It is on your list, and cybee has never seen it.

| State | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Reporting | cybee heard from this Mac recently. | Read its checks and the dates they held since. |
| Silent | It stopped reporting. cybee flags it. | Find out why: switched off, offline, wiped or gone with someone who left. |
| Not assessed | cybee has never seen it, or not in the period you are looking at. | Keep it in your count, outside the score. Install cybee on it, or say why not. |

Ask your AI assistant

Which of our Macs are missing, silent or outside this reporting period?

## What your teammates see

Your teammates do not need to learn security. They see one icon in the menu bar. It opens a card with their Mac’s state and anything waiting for them, such as a setting to turn on or a training to finish. Nothing on their Mac changes until they say yes.

Figure: Mira decides on her own Mac. The record keeps the time she said yes.

[Everything the menu bar can show](https://cybee.ai/docs/protection/#team-sees)

## Make review a short routine

Once the list is right, the review is short. Read these before you look at any score.

team review four checks

- Are the Macs you expect the same as the Macs that report?

- Does every open finding have a person who owns it?

- Was each proposed change read on the Mac it affects, by the person who uses it?

- Before you share a record, are the dates and the missing Macs right?

[Check a record before you share it](https://cybee.ai/docs/trust-passport/)

## When a Mac leaves the team

cybee flags a Mac that stops reporting. To take a lost, wiped or old Mac off the list, ask your AI assistant to remove it. It asks you to confirm first, and it takes one step.

What removing does not do

It takes the Mac off your list. It does not wipe the Mac, and it does not change anyone’s access to their accounts.

Keep what you already recorded apart from the current list. A Trust Passport you already sent stays exactly as it was sent.

## Accounts are a separate list

Macs and accounts leave in different ways. A person can hand back their laptop and still have access to your Google Workspace.

| Google Workspace | What you get |
|---|---|
| Account activity | Activity on each account, the apps people have allowed, Drive downloads and admin changes. Free |
| Offboarding | Removes a leaver’s Workspace access in one confirmed step, with its own record. |
| A sealed account record | The account record, dated and sealed, like the Trust Passport for your Macs. Proof plan |

Check these yourself

Offboarding covers Google Workspace. It does not remove access to every client account, and it does not revoke API keys. Microsoft 365 is in build.
