It is not a certification or an audit, and it does not answer for your policies, your people or your cloud. It runs on Macs with an Apple chip, M1 or newer. Windows, Linux and Microsoft 365 are not supported today. They are being built. Choosing what each AI tool may reach is planned, not live. **Q:** Is it really free? Yes. Protection, alerts, the 118 safety checks, the list of apps, extensions and AI tools on each Mac and Google Workspace visibility are free, with no limit on Macs or people and no end date. The install adds the cybee app and asks you to switch on Full Disk Access, so cybee can see what programs do. After that, a fix such as turning on screen lock waits until the person who uses that Mac says yes, also when you ask for it in a chat. The one thing cybee does without asking is stop bad software while it runs. One line in Terminal removes it again. **Q:** What does my client see? One link, the Trust Passport, on the Proof plan. It shows which of your Macs were checked, which protections held and since when, and what cybee could not see, such as a day a Mac was offline. It never shows your files, your client’s data or the logins in their own tools. It is not a certification, and your client decides whether it is enough. **Q:** Does this replace SOC 2 or ISO 27001? No. cybee reports your Macs against 10 compliance frameworks, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 among them, for the technical controls on the Macs only. It is not an audit and not a certification. A SOC 2 report or an ISO 27001 certificate still needs an auditor, who also looks at your policies, your people and your cloud. **Q:** Does a connection mean client data was used? No. A connection shows what is set up, not what was used. cybee also records the tool actions it sees, which adds context, but neither proves every transfer or that every action was captured. **Q:** Can freelancers use their own Macs?
