## Scope

This cancellation and refund policy applies to Cybee subscriptions provided by cybee AG, Selnaustrasse 5, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland, to businesses and freelancers for professional use. Cybee does not sell physical goods under this policy.

## Subscriptions and renewal

The paid plan costs 9 per device per month or 90 per device per year in CHF, EUR, USD or GBP, according to the selected billing currency, excluding applicable taxes. The order sets out the billing period, device quantity, currency and total. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. The free plan is not a time-limited paid trial.

Separately, the paid plan offers a 14-day trial. When you request a paid feature, such as security training, through supported Chat, CLI, IDE or Terminal access, Cybee provides a Stripe payment link in that interface. Review the trial, payment and subscription details in Stripe before confirming.

## Cancellation

You can cancel the next renewal through supported Chat, CLI, IDE or Terminal access. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues until the end of the month or year already paid for. No 30-day advance cancellation notice is required. For help with cancellation, contact [hello@cybee.ai](mailto:hello@cybee.ai).

## Refunds

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

### Refund limits and exceptions

The no-refund rule above applies to cancellation or non-use of the current paid period. It does not exclude remedies available under the service agreement or mandatory law, including for incorrect charges or failure to provide the agreed service. These exceptions prevail over any general no-refund wording in this policy. Contact [hello@cybee.ai](mailto:hello@cybee.ai) about a disputed charge or a refund you believe is due.
