Browser storage on this website
This notice concerns the Cybee marketing website operated by cybee AG. It does not describe storage used by the installed security component, connected assistants, payment services or websites you open through external links.
The website remembers your chosen currency, your chosen German spelling and your answer to the cookie note using local storage, a browser storage mechanism separate from cookies. It uses session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab, to play a page's opening animation once per visit.
Storage that the website needs for what you do on it, such as your currency, your answer to the cookie note or a chat you open, is set without asking: the website cannot do what you asked without it (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Measurement tools load only after you accept (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Each entry below says whether it needs your consent.
If you use the setup walkthrough on /start, your browser keeps which step you reached and your captions, sound, motion and appearance choices, so you can continue later. It stays on your device and you can clear it in your browser.
If you open the chat with Ask us, the website also sets cookies for it, so your conversation stays on this device and replies can reach you. The chat runs on cybee's own support desk at support.cybee.ai. It loads only when you open it, or when you come back to a chat you started. Once it has loaded, the team can see which page of cybee.ai you are on. A short note above Ask us shows that the chat is there; the website uses session storage to show it once per visit.
The website is delivered through Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure loading times. It loads for every visitor, sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so it does not appear in the list below. The Privacy Policy explains what it processes.
If you accept in the cookie note, the website also loads the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It shows cybee which of its ads on Facebook and Instagram bring people to this website, and it sets cookies for that. The website does not load it before you accept, and not at all if you reject or do not answer. You can change your answer at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of each page.
If you accept in the cookie note, the website also loads Google Analytics, a measurement tool from Google Ireland Limited. It counts visits and shows cybee which pages and which ads help people get started, and it sets cookies for that. The website does not load it before you accept, and not at all if you reject or do not answer. You can change your answer at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of each page.

Without a saved choice, the website suggests a currency from your browser's time zone and language settings. If those settings do not resolve to a supported region, it uses USD on English pages and EUR or CHF on German pages. This calculation runs in your browser; the currency selector does not request GPS access or use an IP-location service.
Your choices
Change the currency using a selector on the website, and the German spelling on a German page. To remove saved choices, clear this website's data in your browser settings. Blocking site storage prevents your choices from being remembered between visits. The initial suggestion is not itself saved.
To withdraw your consent to the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, open Cookie settings at the bottom of a page and choose Reject. The website then stops them on that page and deletes the measurement cookies it set (_ga, _ga_ followed by the property ID, _fbp and _fbc). Your other choices, such as the currency and the chat, stay until you clear this website's data.
Cloudflare Web Analytics stores nothing you could delete. A content blocker can stop it from loading, or you can object to it by writing to us.
Links to social networks, reference material and externally hosted policies open services operated by their respective providers. Their storage practices apply when you visit those services.
