Security awareness training is included in the paid plan, with assistant assignment and completion tracking. Google Workspace visibility is free. Its sealed account record and offboarding evidence are included in the paid plan. Incident planning remains in build.
Already applied hardening remains on the device. Automatic repair of drift stops. No new sealed Passports are created.
After the grace period, existing Passport links stop working and the account returns to the free plan. The final grace period and monthly billing terms require confirmation before purchase.

On a typical questionnaire the passport answers, with dates, the questions about your Macs: disk encryption on every listed Mac; endpoint protection that watches behaviour, and since when; the patch status of your applications; screen lock and password on wake; the browser extensions and AI tools installed. This device record does not cover accounts, MFA, backups, training completion or an incident plan. Connected Google Workspace adds an accounts record for that organisation. Personal accounts and unrelated services remain outside its scope. Policies, code, suppliers and people need their own evidence.
