Do I need to be technical?
No. Run one line in Terminal, a chat, your IDE or a CLI, and keep working where you started. The install guide shows each step, and you can send it to someone who is comfortable with a Mac. After that you ask in plain words, in the language you write in.
Is it really free?
Yes, the protection is. Stopping bad software, alerts, the 118 safety checks and the list of apps and AI tools on your Mac cost nothing, with no account and no end date. You pay only for proof: the Cybee subscription is CHFEURUSDGBP 9 per Mac a month, or 90 a year, excluding tax. Free protection is how we meet you. Proof is how we get paid. To start the 14 day trial, ask your AI assistant for a Trust Passport and use the Stripe link it sends. The install adds the Cybee app, and macOS asks you to switch on Full Disk Access for it. Your settings stay as they are until you say yes to a change.
What does my client see?
Only what you send. With the Cybee subscription you send a Trust Passport: one page for your Mac with the protections that held, since when, and the days Cybee could not see. It is sealed: it carries a fingerprint, so your client can see that nothing was changed afterwards. It does not check the facts a second time. Your policies and backups need their own answers, and your client decides what evidence is enough. It is not a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 report.
