Review protection, installed apps and browser permissions. Check supported AI tools and configured project connections. “Which client was this for?” is a better starting question than trying to remember every experiment.

Separate company and client accounts

Connected company Google Workspace provides account visibility and a confirmed offboarding action. The client’s CRM, outreach platform and API keys belong in a separate review with that service’s owner.

Leave a useful handover

Name what was checked, when, and who owns the outstanding actions. Keep the Mac evidence separate from the Workspace account record and the client’s own access decisions.

Build an evidence-backed answer

Does a connection mean client data was used?
No. The map shows configuration. Recorded actions provide additional context, but neither proves every transfer or that all activity was captured.
Can freelancers use their own Macs?
Agree the setup with the owner and install on each supported Mac you need to assess. A Mac that has not been checked stays outside the evidence.
