Freelancers’ Macs count too, so agree the install with each freelancer. Your company Google Workspace has its own record. A device record alone does not describe every place a client file may exist.

Practical questions.
What does cybee not do?
It does not fill in the whole client form for you. It is not a certification or an audit, and it does not answer for your policies, your people or your cloud. It runs on Macs with an Apple chip, M1 or newer. Windows, Linux and Microsoft 365 are not supported today. They are being built. Choosing what each AI tool may reach is planned, not live.
Do we need to understand security jargon?
No. Start with the practical question: which Mac, which setting, what needs doing. Your AI assistant explains each finding in plain words. Free includes email support within one working day, and the Proof plan adds chat support.
Does this complete the whole client form?
No. The Trust Passport covers dated checks on the Macs it lists. Google Workspace accounts have their own record. Company policies, code and backups need their own answers. Training completion is recorded on the Proof plan. The client decides what evidence is enough.
Do freelancers’ Macs count?
They can. Agree the install with each freelancer first. A Mac that has not been checked stays outside the record, and an honest answer says so.
Will an AI change my Mac on its own?
No. Nothing from a chat changes a Mac until the person who uses it says yes.
