The brief is creative.
The security answer is clear.

A client’s legal team sends a requirement you did not know you needed to meet. Start with protection for the Macs where the work happens.

cybee connects protection, safer settings and dated evidence. See your studio’s AI tools and their mapped external connections alongside app versions and browser extension permissions.

Questions before you install: [email protected], a founder answers within one working day.

How do I install cybee on this Mac?
First, check that this Mac and assistant connection are supported. Review the requested permissions before confirming an installation.

Their form.
Your everyday words.

You should not need to learn a security vocabulary to understand what is being asked of your studio.

The form says

Endpoint protection

Endpoint is their word for a computer. Here, it means each of your Macs. cybee watches for suspicious program activity on the device.

The form says

Secure configuration

The Mac’s settings matter as well as the software on it. The CIS Benchmark is a public guide to secure settings. Hardening means applying supported changes to reduce gaps.

The form says

Provide evidence

A dated record shows what was observed on the Macs listed. The Trust Passport keeps that evidence together and states what it cannot answer.

Protection and stronger settings matter before a client’s legal team asks. The dated record lets you show the technical part of that work afterwards.

Protection, safer settings and a record you can share. The record covers assessed Macs; it is not a certification.

The reader checks whether the record has changed after sealing against cybee’s sealed copy. Your client still decides whether the evidence satisfies their requirement.

Use your assistant

Begin with the assistant setup guide. A supported connection lets the conversation explain the next step. Confirm the requested action only after reviewing it.

record covers.

What the Mac can show

  • Disk encryption on the Macs listed
  • Protection status and observation dates
  • Application patch status
  • Screen lock and password on wake
  • Installed browser extensions and AI tools

What needs another answer

  • Account security, recorded separately
  • Backups, training completion and the incident plan
  • Policies, source code and suppliers
  • People and organisational processes
  • Devices that were not assessed
Read the complete questionnaire scope

On a typical questionnaire the passport answers, with dates, the questions about your Macs: disk encryption on every listed Mac; endpoint protection that watches behaviour, and since when; the patch status of your applications; screen lock and password on wake; the browser extensions and AI tools installed. This device record does not cover accounts, MFA, backups, training completion or an incident plan. Connected Google Workspace adds an accounts record for that organisation. Personal accounts and unrelated services remain outside its scope. Policies, code, suppliers and people need their own evidence.

Recipients can check for changes against cybee’s sealed copy. This is not an independent audit.

Inside the Trust Passport

Before you start.

Setup, pricing and what to expect.

Do we need to understand the technical settings?
The workflow explains what a supported change does before asking for approval. Read the expected effect and possible impact. Ask for help if either is unclear.
Does the client get to see our creative work?
No creative files are included in the Trust Passport. It contains security observations about the listed Macs. The security page explains what data cybee and your assistant process.
What is free, and what is paid?
Protection and settings checks are free. Hardening, sealed evidence and training cost 9 per Mac per month in CHF, EUR or USD, excluding tax. Pay 90 yearly and save 16.7%.
