The client asks.
Your Macs answer.

A security questionnaire lands before the contract is signed. Your answer should start with the devices doing the work.

cybee brings device protection, automated hardening and dated evidence into the assistant and development tools your agency already uses.

A record of what was assessed.

Technical evidence for the listed Macs. The rest of the questionnaire remains yours to answer.

Keep shipping.
Keep security visible.

Protect the Macs handling client code. Review their AI tools, mapped external connections and recorded tool actions alongside security findings. Use the device record for the client’s questions.

Protection, safer settings and a record you can share. The record covers assessed Macs; it is not a certification.

Protect the work

Detect suspicious program activity and investigate the alert.

Close the avoidable gaps

The paid plan applies safer settings from the CIS Benchmark, a public security guide. Review each proposed change before approval.

Send the evidence

Share a Trust Passport showing which Macs were checked, what was found and when.

Include the Macs
doing client work.

Remember contractors’ devices as well as your own. An unchecked Mac remains an open question.

Which Macs still need attention?
Studio Mac B has a screen lock setting to review. External Mac has not been assessed.

No device action is executed by this example. Assistant setup depends on a confirmed connection.

What the Mac can show

  • Disk encryption on the Macs listed
  • Protection status and observation dates
  • Application patch status
  • Screen lock and password on wake
  • Installed browser extensions and AI tools

What needs another answer

  • Account security, recorded separately
  • Backups, training completion and the incident plan
  • Policies, source code and suppliers
  • People and organisational processes
  • Devices that were not assessed
Read the complete questionnaire scope

On a typical questionnaire the passport answers, with dates, the questions about your Macs: disk encryption on every listed Mac; endpoint protection that watches behaviour, and since when; the patch status of your applications; screen lock and password on wake; the browser extensions and AI tools installed. This device record does not cover accounts, MFA, backups, training completion or an incident plan. Connected Google Workspace adds an accounts record for that organisation. Personal accounts and unrelated services remain outside its scope. Policies, code, suppliers and people need their own evidence.

Recipients can check for changes against cybee’s sealed copy. This is not an independent audit.

Inside the Trust Passport

Before you start.

Setup, pricing and what to expect.

Does this complete the client’s questionnaire?
It supplies dated technical evidence for the Macs listed. Policies, code, suppliers, people and unassessed devices need separate answers. The client decides whether the supplied evidence meets their requirements.
Should we remove our existing security tools?
No. Check compatibility before installing alongside existing tools. cybee adds protection, hardening and evidence; it does not require you to replace the rest of your security setup.
What changes when we start paying?
Protection and settings checks are free. The paid plan adds hardening, sealed evidence and training.
