The cybee installer is a single command, run on the Mac you want to protect. Installing on one Mac does not install it on the rest of your team.

Before you start

Use a supported Mac and confirm its macOS version before installing. Intel Macs, iPhone, iPad and servers are not supported. Windows and Linux support is in development.

Use the install command

Start in Chat, CLI, IDE or Terminal. The command runs in a shell on your Mac, including the terminal inside your IDE. It fetches the installer from get.cybee.dev. Copying it here does not run it.

Using Chat or a coding assistant? Share the command with it, then follow the confirmed connection and permission steps. A chat without access to your Mac cannot run the installer.

If the install does not complete

Keep the exact error and the step at which it appeared. Include your Mac model, macOS version and whether you used Chat, CLI, IDE or Terminal when contacting us. Remove tokens, passwords and unrelated private content from anything you share.

After installation, check that this Mac appears in the record with a recent protection observation.
