Trial, upgrade or billing

The Cybee subscription has a 14 day trial. Ask your AI assistant for a paid feature, such as security training, and Cybee sends a Stripe link in the chat you are using. This website has no checkout.

The Stripe link does not appear

Tell us which feature you asked for and where you asked, for example in Claude or in Terminal.

A billing question

Include your question, the invoice reference if you have one, and how many Macs it is about. Never send card details by email.

Before you cancel

To remove Cybee from a Mac, see Remove Cybee in the install guide. What the install asks for is in Requirements. For a question about your exact Mac or its macOS version, or to check a Trust Passport you received, ask [email protected].

Name your Mac model and the step you are on, so the answer fits your Mac.

Install Cybee on your Mac.

Not at your Mac? Send these steps to yourself.

Runs on Macs with an Apple chip, M1 or newer, on macOS 15 or newer. To check, open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac: next to Chip, the name starts with Apple M.

curl -sSf https://get.cybee.dev | sh

Run it in one of these places. Keep working there.

  • Terminal

Open Terminal, paste the line and press Return.

    Then cybee status

  • Chat

Paste it into your AI assistant’s chat and ask it to install Cybee. This needs an assistant that runs on your Mac. A chat in a browser tab cannot reach your Mac.

Then restart the chat and type Cybee

  • IDE

Paste it into the terminal in Cursor, or ask Cursor to run it.

Then restart Cursor and type Cybee in its chat

  • CLI

Ask Claude Code or Codex to run it. macOS asks for your password in a window.

Then Cybee in a new session

Your Mac may ask for your password. That is macOS checking it is you. When System Settings opens, switch on CybeeES under Full Disk Access. Protection starts then. Full Disk Access lets Cybee watch what programs do. Your files never leave your Mac.

Want the Cybee subscription?

The 14 day trial starts in your AI assistant, after Cybee is installed. Ask for a Trust Passport, or for training. The link arrives in the chat and leads to Stripe, the payment service.
