Security training.
For real work.

Short lessons on the security decisions your team makes every day: AI tools, passwords, app permissions and more.

Assign modules through your assistant and see who has completed them.

Included in paid

Assignment and completion tracking.

From a request
to a recorded completion.

“Assign security training to our new joiners.”

  1. Assign

A short request through the assistant.

  2. Learn

Short modules relevant to the work.

  3. Record

    See completed and outstanding modules.

Example workflow.
No training is assigned or completed from this page.

Protect the device.
Prepare the person.

Device protection cannot decide whether someone should share a password or grant an app access. Training helps with those decisions.

See how the parts fit

The risks already
in your workflow.

Every topic starts with a familiar decision.

AI assistants and agentsWhat to check before giving an assistant access.

An agent asks for access. What will that permission let it do?

Learn to consider what an assistant can access before granting permission.

Illustrative situation
Secrets in code and terminalsRecognise sensitive information before copying or sharing it.

A copied command contains a token. Where will that secret end up?

Learn to recognise passwords, tokens and other access credentials in code and commands.

Illustrative situation
Installer prompts and password theftSpot requests that may be trying to steal your Mac password.

An unexpected installer asks for the Mac password. What are you authorising?

Recognise fake installation prompts and understand what entering a password would allow.

Illustrative situation
Sharing and app permissionsUnderstand who can see shared files and what connected apps can do.

A new app asks to connect. Which access are you actually granting?

Review sharing settings and app connections so access stays deliberate.

Illustrative situation
Device lossKnow what needs attention when a work laptop goes missing.

A work laptop is missing. Which security questions need attention?

Understand the risks of a missing device and the responsibilities that remain after a loss.

Can we use the training now?
Yes. Security awareness training is available in the paid plan. Assign short modules through your assistant and track completion.
How is training assigned?
Ask your cybee assistant to assign a module, then track completion there. The workflow above is an example.
Is training included in the free plan?
No. Security awareness training is included in the paid plan. Free device protection remains a separate part of cybee.
Does the Trust Passport include training completion?
Training completion is recorded separately from device observations and the connected Google Workspace accounts record.
Does completing training make us compliant?
Completion records one part of the work. It is not a certification, an audit opinion or evidence that every requirement of a framework has been met.
