Before you assign it.
What does cybee not do?
Training does not certify your company or guarantee what anyone decides later. Completion shows that a lesson was finished, and it is recorded separately from your Mac and Workspace evidence. cybee is not a certification or an audit.
Is training available now?
Yes. Short lessons, assigning them from your AI assistant and recording who finished are part of the Proof plan.
Where do we manage it?
In your AI assistant. Type /cybee to assign lessons and see who has finished. Each person sees the training that is due from the cybee icon in their Mac’s menu bar. See the setup guide.
Do we need a separate app for the lessons?
No. You assign and check from the assistant you already use, and your team sees what is due from the cybee icon in the menu bar. There is no login and no password to remember.
Does cybee watch what my team does?
No. cybee watches programs, not people. For training it keeps which lessons were assigned and when each one was finished. It does not read your files, your messages or what you type.
