cybee looks at your Macs and, if you connect it, your Google Workspace. It does not cover your written company rules, how your team behaves, or other online services such as client tools. It is not a certification or an audit. It runs on Macs with an Apple chip, M1 or newer. Macs with an Intel chip are not supported. Windows, Linux and Microsoft 365 are not supported today either. It shows what AI agents do, but choosing what each agent may reach is planned, not live.

Security software first. It stops bad software on your Macs while it runs, shows which AI tools are on them and keeps a dated record of your settings for the day a client asks. Your company policies and any independent audit stay separate.

No. Run the install line in Terminal, a chat, your IDE or a CLI, and keep working where you started. You ask your questions in your AI assistant, and the cybee icon in your Mac’s menu bar shows your status and any training that is due. The install guide shows each step.

Yes, through your connected assistant. Ask about your Macs while you are away from your desk. The protection itself runs on each Mac, and a change still waits for a yes from the person who uses that Mac.

In Terminal, type sudo cybee uninstall, press Return, then type your Mac’s password.

Detection finds bad software and stops it while it runs. Hardening turns on your Mac’s own safety switches, such as disk encryption and the screen lock, and keeps them on. The two work together, and neither one makes a Mac impossible to break into.

Yes. Anything you ask for in the chat that changes a Mac waits for a yes from the person who uses that Mac. Check the action and which Mac it affects before you approve it.

The AI tools found on each Mac, the outside tools they are set up to connect to, and what they did, with the time and whether each action was only tried or completed. A connection that is set up does not prove it was used. See an example.

No. It shows what agents do. It does not block them, and it cannot promise that every action is captured. Choosing what each agent may reach is planned, not live.

On the Mac as a notification, in Slack or Microsoft Teams, or by SMS. Each alert has an id you can ask your AI assistant about. Getting an alert never approves a change on a Mac.

Yes, in one specific way. The cybee app for Mac is Apple notarized: Apple checked the submitted software for known malicious content and signing problems. That is separate from the Endpoint Security permission, which lets security software use Apple’s security framework. Neither one rates how well cybee detects threats.

Stopping bad software, fixing settings and checking files all happen on the Mac. What leaves it are security facts: events, the state of each setting, the list of apps, browser extensions and AI tools, what the AI tools are connected to and what they did, with the time. Never the contents of your files, never passwords or tokens.

Read the privacy policy, and ask for the retention and subprocessor details that apply to your setup.

No. cybee watches programs, not people. It checks apps and security settings and never scores anyone’s productivity. It does record what the AI tools on each Mac did, with the time. An admin is whoever holds an access key for the team. An admin can ask about every Mac and sees what cybee recorded on it, never its files.

Yes, the answers you ask for, such as summaries, tables and verdicts. They pass through your AI assistant’s provider under its terms. File contents, passwords and tokens are never part of them. Check the data settings of your AI assistant account.

Which security settings held on your Macs, and since when. The Trust Passport is a dated record of how your Macs are protected. Your client or insurer opens it through one link and sees what holds, since when, and what cybee could not see. It is not a certification or an audit, and it does not answer for your policies, your people or your cloud. It says so on the page.

Your client or insurer decides. The Passport answers their questions about your Macs, for example whether your laptops are encrypted and since when. Policies, people and other business matters need their own answers, and the Passport is not a certification. See one questionnaire question worked through.

It stays on the record as not assessed. A line such as “seven of eight Macs assessed” keeps the missing Mac in view instead of counting it as a pass.

Yes, for connected Google Workspace accounts. Account activity and sign in settings, such as two step sign in (MFA), have their own record, separate from your Macs. Seeing them is free. The sealed account record and the evidence when someone leaves are on the Proof plan. Other cloud services are outside that record.

Yes. You can revoke a Passport link, and ask the assistant for an export of the data at any time. When the Proof plan ends, existing links stop working after a grace period. Ask us for its length.

No. Completed training is recorded separately from the Passport for your Macs. Finishing a lesson is not a certification of your company, and it does not complete an audit.
